Second Harvest is having a Father/Daughter Dance: the “Princess Ball”, to be held 5 to 8 p.m., Saturday, June 8, 2013 at the Second Harvest Grand Ballroom. The ball will include a DJ with dance lighting and age-appropriate music, finger-foods, a chocolate fountain and other desserts, face painting, nail salon boutique, prince and princess actors, prizes for the girls, silent auction items for the dads and much more. Proceeds benefit Second Harvest Food Bank and will be used to feed hungry children in East Tennessee. Guests are encouraged to attend in fancy dress, prince/princess costumes, etc but casual Sunday/business dress is fine. The suggested age range for kids is 4-12 years old but all dads, daughters, grandfathers, granddaughters, uncles and nieces are welcome. The number of tickets is limited.
